Color Run Remover featured in 5 Fixes for Laundry Disasters
Bleeding colors: Immediately, try washing the stained item in the hottest water the fabric can stand. Add your regular detergent and either bleach or all-fabric bleach. If the transferred color doesn't come out, try Carbona Color Run Remover. Dissolve the powder in the wash water without detergent, and soak the garment.
Real Simple
Stain Devils featured in The Entertainer's Guide to Stain Removal - how to properly clean up the party spills, from chocolate to candle wax.
Salad Dessing: "... next, apply an oil solvent, such as Carbona Stain Devil #5 ($3.50, carbona.com for store locations). Let dry, then scrape or brush off any remaining stain."
Wax: "... Nonwashables: Let the wax harden, or freeze it by placing it in the freezer for 20 minutes. Scrape off as much as possible. Apply an oil solvent, such as Carbona Stain Devil #5, to clean the residue."
Coffee: "... Nonwashables: Apply a gentle detergent, like Woolite, and water. Rub to form suds, then rinse. Next, use an eyedropper to apply a vinegar solution (see above), then rinse. If the coffee had milk or sugar in it, finish by applying an oil solvent, such as Carbona Stain Devil #5, and let dry."

"Only nine new products (won) Good Housekeeping's uber-exclusive VIP (Very Innovative Product) Award for 2010. Preliminary testing is done on 50-60 of the most promising products (from 2,000). What it does: Cuts cleaning time. Grease-laden oven racks can take a long time to scrub clean. This kit comes complete with a large plastic bag that can fit two racks or grill grates, cleaning fluid and disposable gloves. Instead of scrubbing with a brush, just place the racks in the bag with the cleaner and let it sit overnight. Just use a sponge to scrape away remaining residue that hasn't been dissolved."
