Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and once shipped, will arrive in approximately
1-5 "business" days.

MILITARY/APO

Consumers who place orders and submit a valid email address (that does not block our email correspondence) will receive an order confirmation that will include a customer number. When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive another email which includes a UPS Ground tracking number. Please use this number to follow the progress of your shipment on ups.com
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hrs. – 48 hrs. with the exception of company holidays or when items are on back order or during peak "sales" times. You must notify us within 14 days if your shipment has not been received in order for packages to be tracked. Notifications after 14 days cannot be tracked nor replaced. Flat Rate Shipping charges (to orders within the continental U.S.) are based on the weight of your order as follow:
0.0 lbs - 4.0 lbs $ 8.00
4.1 lbs - 10.0 lbs $10.00
10.1 lbs - 20.0 lbs $15.00
20.1 lbs - 40.0 lbs $25.00
Please confirm your full shipping address. Orders with incorrect addresses may be subject to additional state and/or city sales taxes. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses, orders requiring change of address after order is complete or orders redirected by consumer after shipping (such as leaving a note on your door to send the package elsewhere) are subject to a $7.00 redirect fee which may be automatically be charged to your credit card.
SALES TAX
Currently, sales tax is applied only to orders being shipped to New Jersey. Taxes are applied to the entire order, including Shipping & Handling.
NOTE: States requiring sales taxes on internet sales is subject to change. Orders will reflect the latest requirements.

Delta Carbona, L.P. accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. No surcharge is applied to your order when making purchases at http://www.carbona.com/. Please be sure to accurately provide your billing and shipping address along with your phone number. (This information must match the information on file with the bank used by your credit card.) Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Please note: Only unopened, unused product will be eligible for refund or credit. Cases must be fully intact with all the original product(s) (unopened/unused) to be eligible for refund.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by original receipt and packing slip.
Please follow the instructions on the back side of the packing list in order to receive proper credit on returns. No partial refunds or credits will be issued boxed items or cases. To ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or Parcel Post. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus shipping/handling). It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for shipping charges when returning product.
EXCHANGES
If you would like an exchange for a different product, please request a refund, and then place a new order online at your earliest convenience at http://www.carbona.com/.
ORDER REFUSALS
Orders that are refused by the purchaser will be charged both shipping/handling fees and restocking fee of $5.99.
CANCELLATION
Orders are processed the same day they are received; therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been received.
DAMAGED ITEMS

LOST IN TRANSIT
If your order is confirmed that it was lost in transit or returned by UPS as a result of damage in shipping and notification has been received from UPS; we will file a claim and we will be glad to replace the products.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS/DISPUTES
Contact Customer Service immediately at 1-866-435-8273 if you feel that you have been billed incorrectly or there is an issue with your order. We value your business and will endeavor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, if a chargeback is placed with your credit card company for an order that you placed with Carbona and after investigation of this matter, it is determined that you did make this purchase and your received the product and a reversal of the chargeback is made by our merchant provider – there will be a $25.00 fee charged to your account to cover research expenses.
