"I just had to write after an amazing experience with your product.  I've been using your "Stain Devils" line of products for several years and think they are great.  I wasn't sure how great until recently.  My six year old son was using a blue Sharpie permanent marker to circle his favorite items in the toy catalog and ended up marking all over his brand new, white turtleneck.  I was quite upset with him (and myself for letting him use a permanent marker) and was pretty sure I would have to turn the shirt into a cleaning rag.  However, I decided to try your Stain Devils #3 – Ink & Crayon on all the marks and threw the shirt into the wash.  I was completely amazed when it came out with only three tiny dots of color left.  All the rest of the marks were gone!  I don't know how you do it, but you come up with some incredible products.  Thank you for saving my son's turtleneck!"

"Thought I'd let you know your Carbona Stain Devils #3 – Ink & Crayon saved my rug.  We had a malfunctioning printer and were replacing it with a new one when, in the course of carrying the old one out, it suddenly dripped intense blue ink on the oriental rug in my entryway.  Since I keep a variety of your stain removers in my laundry room just in case, I pulled out the Ink and Crayon remover and began to soak and blot as it recommended.  It took patience and multiple applications, but I was thrilled to see it completely removed the stain -- I mean completely, even from portions of the rug that were very light.  Thank you for a great product -- in this instance it was a huge money saver."

"I'm not in the habit of writing Happy Homemaker-type letters to companies, but my recent experience with two of your products changed my mind.  In the course of the last few weeks I've had blue ink stains left on a sofa cushion cover, two expensive men's shirts and blood on a sweater sleeve.  I found your "Stain Devils" products 3 and 4 at my Safeway Store, and decided it was worth trying them as the items were trashed anyway. I've had the experience that many cleaning products rarely live up to the hype, and spending $4.00 for each small bottle on my budget gave me pause.  However, the first shirt came out with virtually no stain, and when the second one was inked I was able to treat it immediately, same with the slipcover.  The stain treatment produced great results.  The sweater sleeve was also cleaned quite well, and all items are again usable.

Obviously a rule in our house now is no ink pens in pockets (Santa needs to locate a pocket protector for the resident nerd as a hint. . . ) I wouldn't hesitate to purchase any Carbona product in the future, and thank you for making a product that really does what it advertises."

"I wanted to share with you a recent experience with your Stain Devils product (the one for ketchup and sauce). I bought this awhile back, never opened it and forgot I had it. Today, I found a HUGE dried stain of canned ravioli sauce on a favorite, expensive shirt (a stretch cotton blend). I pre-treated it with Shout, and threw it in the wash with Tide with Bleach.

Nothing.

So I pre-treated it AGAIN, this time with Clorox II color bleach, soaked it in a mixture of OxyClean and hot water, then rewashed in Tide, this time on a long hot water cycle.

Nothing.

By this point, I was figuring a $60 new-ish shirt was going be a total loss. Then I saw the little bottle of Carbona Stain Devils sitting on the washer. I squirted a little on the stain and it IMMEDIATELY began to break up and dissolve. I left it on for 15 minutes, per directions -- 80% of the stain had already dissolved and I could see it washing out of the fabric under warm water. A simple rinse in the sink in a little soap and water, and it was clean, and the stain ENTIRELY gone and undetectable.

This completely saved an expensive, favorite shirt! It is truly a remarkable product. I plan to buy each and every Stain Devils product you make. Thank you for a truly excellent product.
